I was amazed and pleased that Mary was able to take on the property sale. It seemed like only hours before she was at the property for the walk-through. Paperwork came shortly thereafter all electronic, which is a great way to do business in today's world. Mary took the time to stage the home, engage a photographer, and generally get the house ready to go on the market, which resulted in the house selling within 15 business days - amazing.
